Overview
DSA MITRA is offered as a recurring software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription, delivered to you online. This policy explains the timeframes and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are considered, and how long an approved refund takes to be processed.
We also offer a free trial so you can evaluate the full product before you pay. Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 15 days of placing the order / making the payment for a subscription.
- To cancel, contact us at service@dsasarthi.cloud or use the cancellation option in your account, where available.
- A cancellation request raised within 15 days of payment, where the Service has not been substantially used, will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with the “Refund Eligibility” and “Refund Timeline” sections below.
- You may cancel at any time after 15 days as well; in that case cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for, but the current period is not refunded.
Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with the Service. Refunds are considered in the following situations:
- If you cancel your subscription within 15 days of the payment date and have not substantially used the Service.
- If the Service you received is not as described on our website or does not perform as represented, please bring it to the notice of our support team within 15 days of the purchase. Our team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
- If you were charged but were unable to access the Service and we are unable to enable your access (see “Failed, Duplicate & Incorrect Payments”).
Refund requests raised more than 15 days after the payment date, or for a subscription period that has already been substantially used, may not be entertained, except where required by applicable law.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method / Payment Instrument used for the transaction. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may additionally depend on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
Renewals & Billing
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle so that your service continues without interruption, unless you cancel beforehand.

A renewal charge is treated as a new payment for the purpose of the 15-day cancellation and refund windows above.
Failed, Duplicate & Incorrect Payments
We will always correct genuine billing errors:
- Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Incorrect amount — if you were charged an amount different from the plan price you selected, we will refund or adjust the difference.
- Failed activation — if a payment succeeded but your paid access was never enabled and we are unable to enable it, we will refund that payment.
To report a billing error, email service@dsasarthi.cloud with your account email and transaction details. Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method within 15 days.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel your subscription or request a refund, please email us at service@dsasarthi.cloud with the following details:
- The email address / account registered with DSA MITRA.
- The transaction / order reference and the date of payment.
- The reason for your cancellation or refund request.
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are processed within 15 days as set out above.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will work with you to resolve it quickly and, where eligible, process your refund under this policy. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
