Shipping & Delivery Policy

DSA MITRA is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. It is delivered to you electronically — there are no physical goods, and nothing is ever shipped by courier or post. This policy explains how and when your access is delivered.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of the Terms of Service of DSA MITRA (“we”, “us”, “our”). It applies to all subscriptions and add-ons for our CRM and lead-management platform (the “Service”), which is provided entirely online.

Nature of the Service — No Physical Shipment

DSA MITRA is a cloud-based software service. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical product. There is therefore no courier, no shipment tracking and no physical address to which goods are sent.

In short: everything is delivered digitally over the internet to your registered account — instantly and at no shipping cost.

How Delivery Works

Access to the Service is “delivered” by enabling your online account:

  • When you sign up, a workspace is created for you and the free trial is activated immediately.
  • When you purchase a paid subscription or add-on, the corresponding features are unlocked on your account as soon as the payment is successfully confirmed by our payment gateway.
  • A confirmation is sent to the email address registered on your account.

If, due to a technical delay, your access is not enabled within the timelines above, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Delivery Charges

Because the Service is delivered electronically, no shipping, handling or delivery charges apply. The only amount payable is the subscription or add-on fee shown at checkout, plus any taxes applicable under law.

Accessing the Service

To use the Service after delivery, you need an internet connection and a supported web browser on a desktop, laptop or mobile device. You access your account by logging in at our website with your registered credentials.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring you have a working internet connection and device.

Delivery or Access Issues

If you have paid but cannot access your paid features, or you did not receive your account confirmation, please contact us at service@dsasarthi.cloud with your account email and payment details. We will verify and enable your access as quickly as possible.

Where applicable, refunds for failed delivery are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
